Since Lakeland Cultural Arts Community is an all volunteer run organization, there are many leadership opportunities to be involved in helping run the organization. Our committees each are dedicated to different aspects of the organization and all community members are welcome to join them. Development Committee
The Development Committee plays a vital role in sustaining and growing our organization. Focused on fundraising, donor engagement, and building meaningful partnerships with local businesses and community members, this team helps secure the resources we need to thrive. If you're passionate about community connection, storytelling, or development strategy, your talents belong here.
The Production Committee is the engine behind our theatrical season. This team oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all our main stage and smaller productions throughout the year. From scheduling and logistics to backstage support, the committee ensures every show runs smoothly and creatively. Whether you're a seasoned stage manager or just love the buzz of showtime, there’s a role for you here.
Production Committee
The Youth Outreach & Education Committee is dedicated to empowering the next generation through the arts. This group develops and produces educational programs, workshops, and leadership opportunities for local youth. By fostering creativity, confidence, and collaboration, the committee helps young people grow both on stage and off. If you're passionate about education, mentorship, or community impact, this is your stage.
